Apple juice “Kandlwaalhof“

After a bike tour through the breathtaking landscapes of South Tyrol, we had the pleasure of enjoying some refreshing apple juice from the Kandlwahl farm. This juice, made of exclusively South Tyrolean apples, was a completely new taste experience.

Vinschgerlen “Dorf Beck Laas “

What’s the best thing after an exhausting bike ride? That’s right, a break with delicious snacks! And the typical South Tyrolean bread rolls called “Vinschgerlen” were simply perfect for snacking: we had them with cheese and speck. After this recovery break, everyone was motivated and ready to go again.

Tasting 4

Chestnuts

When cooking together, there is something that cannot be missed in South Tyrol: chestnuts roasted on an open fire. Their flavour is intense, and they are at their best when still hot, just off the grill.
